Przemyslaw Krynicki
With over 20 years in the building services and water hygiene sector, Przemyslaw brings unparalleled hands-on technical expertise to the company. His career progressed from frontline roles as a Mobile Water Treatment Engineer and Handyman at high-profile sites (including extended contracts at BBC London) to senior positions such as Critical Water Treatment Supervisor, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Water Treatment Manager, and Technical Project Manager/Managing Director.
Przemyslaw specialises in end-to-end project management, from site surveys and AutoCAD designs to installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. His in-depth knowledge spans water systems (evaporative cooling, closed circuits, domestic services, chlorine dioxide dosing, UV/RO units), HVAC components (AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers), mechanical/plumbing installations (ductwork, cable baskets, pumps, pipework), and rigorous compliance auditing.
Holding extensive qualifications – including IOSH Managing Safely, Authorised Person Confined Spaces and Mechanical Systems, Water Regulations, Unvented Systems, multiple Legionella control certifications, and City & Guilds in Plumbing and Electrical – Przemyslaw ensures every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Mark Bennett
Mark Bennett co-directs PM Technical Services, bringing extensive leadership experience from the facilities management and water hygiene sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Water Treatment Division at ISS Technical Services, where he oversaw large-scale operations, contract management, team leadership, and delivery of critical water hygiene services to major clients.
With a proven track record in commercial strategy, business development, tender processes, contract negotiations, and financial oversight, Mark excels in driving growth and ensuring operational efficiency. His deep understanding of water treatment compliance and client requirements has been key in expanding our service portfolio and forging strong, long-term partnerships across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

Senior Maintenance Engineer
Tomasz Budzinski
Tomasz recently joined PM Technical Services as a Senior Maintenance Engineer, bringing strong experience in water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC works. Previously with ISS Technical Services (2020–2025), he specialised in water treatment tasks including chemical dosing, TMV servicing, cooling tower cleaning, disinfection, inspections, and plumbing remedials.
Earlier roles in logistics and production strengthened his operational and coordination skills. Fully qualified with key water hygiene and safety certifications, Tomasz has also supported PM Technical Services on multiple projects prior to joining full time, enhancing our multidisciplinary maintenance capabilities.
